General Reminders
This is where the description goes.
Texting Your Group
Thank you for your willingness to lead a Challenge Accepted group. Here are some principles that should guide your leadership throughout these upcoming weeks:
  • Text the group AT LEAST once a week. Twice a week would be ideal. Don’t feel embarrassed by setting an alarm or reminder on your phone. Consistency is the key, no matter how that happens.
  • Use the 24-Hour Rule. If a member of the group doesn’t respond to your weekly invite to participation within 24 hours, call (don’t text) them and encourage them to participate.
  • Set expectations clearly and early. Clarity offers your group members lane lines to operate from. Doing this early on will help avoid potential pitfalls down the road.
